This website and the FreightFlow booking service are operated by WebPOS LLC, Colorado, United States.

Information only

Website content and an appointment booking are preliminary only. They do not create a freight, agency, employment, investment, credit or other commercial relationship, and do not constitute legal, financial, insurance or customs advice.

Separate scope required

Services, network participation, managed operations, referrals, residual payments and succession arrangements are subject to authority, due diligence, pricing, scope, data handling, responsibility allocation and executed terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or scheduler, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious instructions or code, impersonate another person, or provide information you lack authority to share.

Bookings

Meeting availability can change. We may reassign, reschedule or cancel a meeting where reasonably necessary. Use the secure link in the confirmation to change a booking.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebPOS LLC excludes warranties not expressly stated and is not responsible for decisions made solely from preliminary website content. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
