Network & residuals

Keep your network. Extend it when the opportunity calls.

FreightFlow supports your existing provider relationships, authorised FreightFlow network options, or a practical combination—without presenting provider rates or relationships as automatically transferable.

Forwarding operation connected to owned providers and authorised FreightFlow network partners

Two sources of strength

Choose the coverage model shipment by shipment.

Provider participation, rate use, service responsibilities and commercial access depend on approval, availability and the agreements in place.

A

Bring your own providers

Preserve trusted carrier, agent, broker and service relationships while using FreightFlow to structure the surrounding workflow.

  • Your existing commercial arrangements remain yours
  • Provider details are incorporated only with authority
  • Operational responsibilities remain explicit
B

Use authorised FreightFlow relationships

Extend options where a FreightFlow network relationship is approved for use and commercially suitable.

  • Access is subject to provider and contractual conditions
  • No automatic rate or credit transfer is implied
  • Each movement retains a clear responsible party
Transparent ledger connecting authorised network use with contract-conditioned residual commission reporting

Residual commissions

Share in value when authorised relationships keep working.

Where an eligible relationship you introduced is authorised for use by other forwarders, an agreement may provide a residual commission tied to qualifying activity.

  • Eligibility is defined in the applicable contract
  • Qualifying relationships and transactions are identified
  • Reporting and calculation terms are agreed
  • Payment duration and exclusions are contract-conditioned

Important: Residual commissions are not automatic, guaranteed or perpetual by default. Any life-of-customer arrangement depends on executed terms, continued qualifying activity and stated conditions.

Network stewardship

Relationships need controls, not ambiguity.

FreightFlow is designed to make commercial origin, permission, operational ownership and reporting visible so network growth does not come at the expense of trust.

Before use

Confirm authority, scope, provider acceptance, applicable terms and the party responsible for service delivery.

After use

Retain transaction evidence, commercial attribution and reporting needed for oversight and any eligible residual.

Your reach, made more usable

Map current providers and the gaps you want to solve.

Network intelligence, governed

Represent approved relationships without opening the whole book.

A Digital Twin can connect provider origin, permitted rate intelligence, operating context and residual attribution for authorised use.

Private rates and relationships remain subject to source permissions, contract conditions and clearly identified responsible parties.
